Which credit cards do you support?
We support all major Indian credit card issuers, including HDFC, Axis, ICICI, SBI and American Express, with new banks added regularly.
Which airline and hotel programs are supported?
Major airline and hotel loyalty programs, including Air India Maharaja Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors and more.
How do you calculate what my points are worth?
We look at real, achievable redemptions across your connected programs instead of generic average values, so you see what your points can actually get you.
Are the valuations guaranteed?
No. Valuations are estimates based on current redemption rates and can change as programs update their charts and pricing.
Do you access my bank account?
No. We never connect to or access your bank account. We only read the reward and transaction data needed to value your points.
Do you store card details?
No. We never see or store your card number, CVV or expiry date.
Will you ever ask for my CVV, PIN or banking password?
Never. We will never ask you for your CVV, PIN or banking password. If someone does, it isn't us.
Can I manually change the value of my points?
Not currently. Valuations are calculated automatically, though manual overrides may come later based on user feedback.
Can Back to the Points tell me which card to use?
Yes. We recommend the best card or program to use for a purchase or redemption based on the value you'll earn.
Can it tell me where to transfer my points?
Yes. We compare transfer partners so you can see which option gives you the most value before you move a single point.
Can I use Back to the Points to book travel?
Booking directly through BTTP is on our roadmap. For now, we help you decide the smartest way to redeem before you book elsewhere.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your information is protected throughout the experience, and you can disconnect and delete your data whenever you choose.
